Dubai's Biggest Deals 23 October 2026: Six Al Rowaiyah First Land Sales

Dubai's Biggest Deals 23 October 2026: Six Al Rowaiyah First Land Sales

The six biggest Dubai property deals registered on 23 October 2026 were all land plots in Al Rowaiyah First, according to Dubai Land Department (DLD) data. Together they were worth about AED 657 million, led by a single AED 214.5 million sale. Across Dubai, 367 deals were registered that day.

The six largest deals: all land, all Al Rowaiyah First

None of the six was an off-plan sale, and none is linked to a named project in the data. Each was a land transaction in the same area.

What the figures show

Adding the six values gives roughly AED 656.6 million. The largest deal, at AED 214.5 million for 917,459 sq ft, accounts for about a third of that total.

Dividing each value by its plot size gives a very similar figure every time: about AED 234 per sq ft. This is our own calculation from the DLD values and sizes, not a figure reported by DLD. It suggests the plots were priced on a comparable basis, though the data does not say who bought or sold.

Land plots are priced and used differently from apartments or villas, so these figures should not be compared with unit prices elsewhere in Dubai. For homes in the same area, see the off-plan projects in Al Rowaiyah First.

Most active projects on 23 October 2026

Activity by number of deals was spread across several projects in the project register:

  • Azizi Venice 7: 12 deals
  • Valia: 11 deals
  • Raw District 2 by Imtiaz: 8 deals
  • Verdana 4: 8 deals
  • Weston: 7 deals

These six projects account for 64 deals, about 17% of the 367 registered on the day. The Woods recorded the most, with 18.

What buyers can take from this

Large land deals make the headlines, but they are a small part of daily activity. Most of the 367 deals were smaller transactions, and project-level counts show where buyers were most active. A single day is a snapshot rather than a trend.
