Every licensed broker in Dubai is registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) of the Dubai Land Department. You can check a broker's registration with their BRN in the Dubai Land Department's official Dubai REST app before you work with anyone, including me.
How I help buyers
- Shortlist. Tell me your budget, the area you like and whether you want to live in the property or rent it out. I'll send a shortlist of projects that fit, with current price lists and floor plans.
- Compare payment plans. I explain how much you pay during construction, at handover and after, plus the Dubai Land Department fee and other costs, so there are no surprises.
- Check the project. Every project on this site shows its Dubai Land Department registration, construction progress and expected completion. Payments for registered off-plan projects go into the project's escrow account.
- Reserve and sign. I handle the booking, the sales agreement and the registration with the developer.
- Through to handover. I keep you updated on construction and help with the snagging inspection and handover.
