What stood out
The largest deal was in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City District One West - Phase 1, in the Ghadeer Al Tair area. It was registered at AED 64 million for 18,939 sq ft. The data classes it as residential but gives no room count.
The second-largest, at AED 42 million, was a labour camp in Jabal Ali Industrial First. This is an industrial-use asset rather than a home. Buyers comparing the day's headline figures should keep that in mind.
Two commercial deals followed. One was AED 30 million on Palm Jumeirah (13,579 sq ft). The other was AED 25 million in Dubai Investment Park First, which covered the largest area of the six at 62,216 sq ft.
