Jumeirah Islands produced the two largest deals, at AED 33,999,999 and AED 23.7 million. Both carry a "Commercial" classification in the DLD record, as does the AED 15 million deal in Jumeirah Park. We report the category as registered.
The AED 20 million Mirdif deal is listed as residential, with a recorded size of 44,725 sq ft. That is the largest size figure among the six.
The only apartment in the group was a two-bedroom flat at One Za'abeel in Zaabeel First, sold for AED 15.22 million. At 3,026 sq ft, that works out at roughly AED 5,030 per sq ft. The sixth deal, AED 13.5 million, was a residential transaction in Wadi Al Safa 3 (Arjan & Dubailand), linked to Opal Gardens in District 11 of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

- The First Collection at Dubai Studio City: 11 deals
- Raw District 2 by Imtiaz: 9 deals
- Verdana 4: 9 deals
- Avenue Park Towers II: 8 deals

What this means for buyers
A single day's list of top deals shows individual sales, not a price trend. Large transactions can differ widely in size, type and location, and the project field is blank for four of the six. Buyers comparing prices should look at the size, category and area of each record.
