Dubai recorded 472 property sales worth AED 981 million on 30 October 2026, according to Dubai Land Department (DLD) data. That is below the previous seven-day daily average of 495 deals and AED 1.65 billion. Off-plan accounted for 41% of deals, and Liwan was the busiest area with 142 sales.
Sales against the previous 7 days
The day's deal count was about 5% under the previous seven-day daily average. Value was lower by a wider margin, about 41%.
| Measure | 30 October 2026 | Previous 7-day daily average |
|---|---|---|
| Sales deals | 472 | 495 |
| Total value | AED 981 million | AED 1.65 billion |
The median sale price was AED 1.18 million, and the average price was AED 1,387 per sq ft. The gap in value is partly explained by the size of the biggest deals, covered below.
Off-plan and ready split
Off-plan made up 194 of the 472 deals, or 41%. Ready properties made up the other 278.
- Off-plan: 194 deals, AED 446 million
- Ready: 278 deals, AED 535 million
Ready sales therefore led on both count and value for the day.
