Dubai recorded 472 property sales worth AED 981 million on 30 October 2026, according to Dubai Land Department (DLD) open data. That is about 5% fewer deals and about 41% less value than the daily average of the previous 7 days. Off-plan accounted for 41% of deals, and Liwan was the busiest area by a wide margin.
Sales against the previous 7 days
The previous 7 days averaged 495 deals and AED 1.65 billion in value a day. Deal count on 30 October was therefore modestly lower, while total value fell much further.
| Measure | 30 October 2026 | Previous 7-day daily average |
|---|---|---|
| Sales deals | 472 | 495 |
| Total value | AED 981 million | AED 1.65 billion |
| Median sale price | AED 1.18 million | n/a |
| Average price per sq ft | AED 1,387 | n/a |
The gap between a 5% fall in deals and a 41% fall in value shows that the day's deals were, in total, smaller in value than those of the past week. A single day's figures are not a trend.

Most active projects
After Qpoint Liwan-Plot R062 with 142 deals, the busiest projects were Aurelia Residence (10), Binghatti Skyterraces (8), The Greens at Sobha Sanctuary (7), Weston (7) and DAMAC Lagoons – Lagoon Views 13 (6).
What to take from the figures
One project accounted for nearly a third of the day's deals, so the headline count says less about broad demand than the area detail does. Buyers comparing prices should look at the median per sq ft by area rather than the citywide average of AED 1,387.
Figures are based on DLD open data for 30 October 2026 and may be revised as records are updated.
