Where the new projects are

The other four projects are each in a different area: Dubai Maritime City (Breez by Danube), DAMAC Islands (DAMAC Islands 2 - Bahamas 2), The Valley & Sobha Sanctuary (The Brooks) and Al Jaddaf (Binghatti Starfall).
