Where the projects are

Al Jaddaf has two, Azizi Leily and J188. The remaining five sit in five different areas: JVC, Dubai Production City, Al Yufrah 1, Al Yelayiss 5 and Dubai Islands (Palm Deira).
Who is behind them
Emaar appears three times: The Valley - Avelia and Serro The Heights under the Emaar name, and Golf Fields under Emaar Dubai South Dwc. BT DWC has two, both in the Waada series. The other seven projects each come from a different developer: Azizi, GFS Wonders, Object One, JGE, Jad Global, Crestarc and Legacy Homes Dwc.

- 2027: one project, 1wood Residence 2 (Q4 2027).
- 2028: four projects: Coventry 49, J188, Azizi Leily and Pinewood Estate Homes.
- 2029: four projects: Waada - Altura 2, Waada - Cascada 2, Legacy Heights and The Valley - Avelia.
- 2030: two projects: Serro The Heights and Golf Fields (both Q1 2030).
- 2031: one project, The Meriva Collection (Q4 2031).
