Dubai recorded 496 property sales worth AED 2.04 billion on 29 October 2026, according to Dubai Land Department (DLD) open data. Off-plan made up 54% of deals (266 sales), and the median price was AED 1.72 million. Over the last seven days the market logged 2,476 deals worth AED 8.27 billion, with a 59% off-plan share.
The day in numbers
- Deals: 496
- Total value: AED 2.04 billion (AED 2,041,923,000)
- Median price: AED 1.72 million
- Average price per sq ft: AED 1,782
- Off-plan: 266 deals, AED 599.2 million
- Ready: 230 deals, AED 1.44 billion
Ready property accounted for the larger share of value even though off-plan led on deal count. The reason is a single transaction: a land sale in Barsha Heights.
One AED 600 million land plot shaped the total
The largest registration was a 74,345 sq ft land plot in Barsha Heights at AED 600 million. That is roughly 29% of the day's value. Without it, the total would be about AED 1.44 billion (our calculation from the DLD figures).
The next largest sales were:
- AED 55.25 million: government housing in Wadi Al Safa 3 (Arjan & Dubailand), 33,153 sq ft

- AED 20.75 million: residential flats at Address Hillcrest, Dubai Hills Estate, 7,744 sq ft
- AED 20.7 million: a villa in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City – District One Phase II, 9,533 sq ft
- AED 20.5 million: a four-bedroom flat in Dubai Marina, 6,308 sq ft
All six of these were ready (not off-plan) registrations.
