Dubai recorded 476 property sales worth AED 1.06 billion on 22 October 2026, according to Dubai Land Department (DLD) data. That is 4% fewer deals and 24% less value than the average day of the previous seven days (497 deals, AED 1.39 billion). Off-plan accounted for 62% of the deals.
Today against the previous 7 days
The number of deals was close to the recent pattern. Total value was further from it. The median sale price was AED 1.29 million, and the average price was AED 1,687 per sq ft.
| Measure | 22 October 2026 | Previous 7-day daily average |
|---|---|---|
| Sales transactions | 476 | 497 |
| Total value | AED 1.06 billion | AED 1.39 billion |
| Average value per deal* | AED 2.22 million | AED 2.80 million |
*Calculated by dividing total value by number of deals.
In short, the day was roughly in line on volume but lighter on value, so the average deal was smaller than in the past week.
Off-plan: most deals, less than half the value
Off-plan sales numbered 296, or 62% of the total. Ready-property sales numbered 180.
- Off-plan: 296 deals, AED 483 million
- Ready: 180 deals, AED 574 million
Ready property therefore made up about 54% of the day's value despite being 38% of the deals. Several of the largest individual transactions were ready, which helps explain this. Buyers weighing the two routes can browse all Dubai off-plan projects.
