Dubai Sales 29 October 2026: 495 Deals, AED 2.04bn Led by AED 600m Land Plot

Dubai Sales 29 October 2026: 495 Deals, AED 2.04bn Led by AED 600m Land Plot

Dubai recorded 495 sales worth AED 2.04 billion on 29 October 2026, according to Dubai Land Department (DLD) data. That is slightly above the previous 7-day average of 491 deals a day, and about 40% above the average daily value of AED 1.46 billion. Off-plan accounted for 54% of deals, and Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) was the busiest area with 37 sales.

Sales against the previous 7 days

Deal volume was close to the recent run rate: 495 sales against an average of 491 a day over the previous seven days. The median sale price was AED 1.72 million, and the average price was AED 1,779 per sq ft.

Total value was higher, at AED 2,039,597,000 against a previous 7-day daily average of AED 1,457,231,364. Most of the gap comes from a single transaction: a land sale in Barsha Heights worth AED 600 million. Without it, the day's value would be about AED 1.44 billion, marginally below the 7-day average. The DLD data does not show how earlier days in the average were affected by large plots.

Off-plan v ready

Off-plan265AED 597 million
Ready230AED 1.44 billion
Total495AED 2.04 billion

Off-plan made up 54% of deals, but ready property carried the larger share of value. The AED 600 million land sale is counted in the ready segment, which accounts for much of that difference. Buyers can browse all Dubai off-plan projects on this site.

What to take from the day

Volume was steady, while the value figure was shaped by one very large plot. Area medians vary widely, from AED 1,431 per sq ft in JVC to AED 2,973 in Maritime City, so averages across the city say little about any single purchase.
