Land sales lifted the value
Al Rowaiyah First recorded just 12 deals, but they were worth AED 962.4 million, more than half of the day's total value. The six largest transactions of the day were all land sales there, led by a plot of 917,459 sq ft sold for AED 214.5 million. The area's median of AED 234 per sq ft reflects land rather than apartments or villas, so it should not be compared with the other areas above.
