Location: Wadi Al Safa 5 (Dubailand)

Wadi Al Safa 5 is an area within Dubailand, the large inland district of Dubai. Dubailand holds many residential communities, leisure destinations and newer developments. It sits away from the coast, and the main routes into the city are the major highways that run through the wider area.

Inland Dubailand locations tend to suit buyers who want a newer-build community and are comfortable living away from the beachfront. They can also suit investors who are comparing different parts of the city. Before you decide, visit the area at different times of day. Check the drive to your workplace, schools and the metro. Check what has actually been built nearby, not only what is planned.

You can compare this project with others in the same area on our page for off-plan projects in Wadi Al Safa 5 (Dubailand).

Construction progress and handover

The DLD register shows 0% construction progress, a start date of February 2027 and expected completion in Q3 2029. Those are the dates on record. They are targets, not promises, and off-plan schedules can change.

Before you reserve a unit, it is sensible to:

  • Ask for the latest DLD progress figure and compare it with the developer's own updates.
  • Check that the handover date in the sales offer matches the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
  • Read what the SPA says about delays and what remedies you have.
  • Ask which unit types and floors are still available.

How to buy off-plan in The Wow Tower

  1. Ask for the price list. Choose a unit and confirm the price, the payment plan and any fees.
  2. Reserve the unit. This usually means signing a reservation form and paying a booking deposit.
  3. Sign the SPA. Read it fully, or have a lawyer read it, before you sign.
  4. Register with DLD. Off-plan sales are registered on the Oqood system. The DLD registration fee is normally 4% of the purchase price, plus admin fees.
  5. Pay into escrow. Dubai law requires buyer instalments for registered off-plan projects to go into a project escrow account. Never pay into a developer's personal or general account.
  6. Handover. Inspect the unit, record any defects and complete the final payments.

If the purchase value reaches AED 2 million, you may qualify for a Golden Visa, subject to current rules. Ask Dani to confirm the current requirements for off-plan property. For more background, read our buying in Dubai FAQ or browse all Dubai off-plan projects.
